Is it the Rem 700 based model? Does it have scope bases? How is the bore? Do you prime cases? Or do the primers just get placed on the nipple?

Hi it is based on the short action remington 700 it comes with bases, and 100 cci no 11 caps you have to place them on the nipple, bore is great not shot much
